\"\"Elin Brimheim Heinesen, daughter of the Faroese writer Jens PaulI Heinesen, has composed music for six of his poems. Magnificent symphonic music is arranged for the six songs by the outstanding Italian composer Enzo De Rosa.<\/p>\n

Recordings were made in Prague in the Czech Republic of the musical works with two world-renowned Czech symphony orchestras, in addition to recordings in T\u00f3rshavn with the choirs Tarira and T\u00f3rshavn Men’s Choir and with Elin as soloist, and also in Canada with Enzo De Rosa on grand piano.<\/p>\n

These recordings will now finally be released on an album \u2013 both on CD and LP, as well as on digital platforms, on Friday 1 December 2023.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Elin has also translated the poems into English and has sung the six songs in English as well. Thus there are 12 tracks on the album \u2013 six songs in Faroese and the same six songs in English.<\/p>\n
